We are excited to offer two tandem kayaks for your use during your stay at Lakeside on Lanier. These kayaks come equipped with paddles, two adult-size life jackets with safety whistles, and two youth-size life jackets. Best of all, the kayaks are complimentary for all guests!
For your safety and peace of mind, we kindly ask that all guests sign our waiver before their stay, even if you don’t plan to use the kayaks. We want everyone to have an enjoyable and safe experience at the lake!

Great little spot for a peaceful getaway. Hosts were super responsive and gave clear and concise instructions. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets and blankets as nice as home. Perfect spot for fishing, private dock to leave boat was so convenient and the boat ramp was within walking distance. Patio with propane fire was peaceful at night. Bring groceries because not very close to town but the gas station at the end of the road has good take out pizza. Also comes with a neighborhood cat that was super sweet.

The lake house was a beautiful place to stay. a perfect view from the entire back of the house facing the lake. It even had a large wooden deck and furniture overlooking the lake. In addition, it has a two story dock with additional patio furniture which made for great cuddles with the kids watching the full moon at night.
It was perfect for a family of 4. The kids each got their own bed and got a separate room from the parents. There were two tandem kayaks with paddles and life vests provided. There was a firepit for smores at night and also family board games available for us to play once it got too cold and dark outside.
Plan to shop for groceries at the near by convinience store and spend the time in the lake house or the near by state park. There are no restaurants around for 20 miles but you wont want to leave anyways!
I highly recommend the lake house and the owners were very helpful and quick to response to any questions.

This was the perfect place for my party of four. Lots to do at the house between the kayaks, sitting on top of the dock, using both firepits, and just relaxing inside looking out the beautiful windows at the lake. The location of the house being on the lake was a huge plus, and is in close proximity to several state parks and natural areas.

what a place and what a host and what a view..we hit the trifecta...we will be back soon..host was so spot on..so quick and the place was so awsome and the views on the decks are just phenomenal
